The Container Freight Station (CFS) system at ICD Transimex was established and put into operation in 1998, comprising two separate warehouse systems for imported and exported goods.
With over 25 years of experience, CFS – TMS is currently a leader in less-than-container load (LCL) cargo services in the Saigon Port area – Zone 4 and the Northeast of Ho Chi Minh City, providing bonded warehouse, cold storage, and chilled warehouse services with high management and security standards.

Strategic location
The CFS – TMS warehouse is located directly within the Transimex ICD port area, possessing a superior advantage in terms of connectivity:

• Located near Hanoi Highway and the Saigon River – a vital transportation artery.
• Quick access to industrial zones in Binh Duong, Dong Nai, and Ba Ria - Vung Tau.
• As an inland customs clearance port (ICD), it offers convenient access via both road and river transport.

CFS warehouse capacity

• Total CFS warehouse area: 14,000 m²
• Capacity: over 10,000 pallets
• High-dock design, optimized for LCL (Less Than Container Load) shipments, consolidation, and distribution.

The warehouse system is equipped with:

• International standard shelving frame
• Multi-load forklift
• Lighting system, 24/7 surveillance cameras.
• Fire protection system conforming to international standards.

The goods are:

• Science Division
• Management using modern software integrated with barcode technology.
• Ensuring high accuracy in inventory management (inflow, outflow, and stock levels).

Bonded Warehouse
ICD Transimex owns a large-scale bonded warehouse system, flexibly meeting the needs for storing and distributing goods that have not yet undergone customs clearance procedures:

• Total area of bonded warehouse: 10,000 m²
• Comprising 8 separate warehouses , each with an area ranging from 600 to 1,800 m².
• Equipped with a double-deep shelving system and mezzanine floor.
• Utilizing modern lifting equipment optimizes storage space and mining productivity.

Cold storage & chilled storage
The cold storage and chilled warehouse systems are specially invested in, suitable for food products, pharmaceuticals, and temperature-sensitive goods:

• Total area: 3,000 m²
• Storage capacity:
  • 4,500 pallets in the cold storage
  • 1,500 cold storage pallets
• Maintaining stable temperature control, meeting stringent preservation standards.
